4. **Respect for Property**: We treat your home with the utmost respect. Our installers are instructed to be mindful of your property, ensuring that all tools and materials are managed responsibly.

5. **Communication**: We understand the importance of keeping you informed. Our installers will provide daily updates on the progress of the installation, so you are always aware of what has been accomplished and what to expect next.

6. **Working Hours**: Our standard working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Should any variations to these hours be necessary, our installers will communicate this to you in advance, ensuring transparency.

7. **Final Inspection and User Demonstration**: Upon completion of the installation, our installer will conduct a final inspection to ensure everything meets our high standards. Once the installation is deemed satisfactory, you will receive a demonstration of all installed products, equipping you with the knowledge to use them effectively.

All removed items, debris, and packaging will be placed inside a waste skip bag at the front of your property, ready for collection by our approved and licensed waste removal agent. This helps ensure that your home is left clean and clutter-free.
