We schedule the delivery to take place the day before your planned installation start date. You will be contacted via phone during the afternoon / evening on the day prior to delivery, and in most cases we will be able to indicate a morning or afternoon delivery.

When your delivery arrives, a member of our team will be present to carefully verify that all items are accounted for and in excellent condition. This includes inspecting each box for any signs of damage and ensuring that the correct quantities match your order.

Before any products are brought inside your home or workspace, we will lay a protective floor covering in the designated area, safeguarding your floors from potential scuffs and dirt.
